When contacting M.P.S. about your home or business that you would like investigated. Please include the following information:
1. Your name
2. The name and address of the place you would like us to investigate.
3. A short description that includes:
a.) How long you have owned the property.
b.) Approximate age/history of the building if known.
c.) What paranormal experiences you've had or witnessed at the location.
4. Some possible dates that you would like us to come in and conduct an interview as well as possible dates for the investigation itself.
(NOTE: We only conduct interviews and investigations on Friday or Saturday nights. However, we may be able to conduct a pre-investigation interview during the week.

Once we receive your request an investigation at your location. We will send you a booklet that explains the whole investigation process and what you should expect.
If you decide that you no longer wish to have an investigation done on your property. You may cancel the investigation at any time. However, would like that you make this decision before the date of your investigation.
